Who we are

NoisePoise is a service of Sri Ramhet Solutions Private Limited ("we", "us"). Registered office: H.No. 3-5-450/1, Floor 03, Room No. 1, Vittalwadi, Himayathnagar, Hyderabad, Telangana 500029. CIN: U62099TS2023PTC175872. GSTIN: 36ABLCS4410P1ZV. Email: sriramhetsolutions@gmail.com.

By creating an account or paying for anything on NoisePoise you agree to these terms. If you use NoisePoise for a company, you confirm you may agree for it.

What NoisePoise does

NoisePoise is a supply and demand matching network based on diagnosis. We diagnose what is holding a business back, show how sure we are, and introduce the business to partners (agencies, studios, specialists) whose work fits that problem, budget, industry and region. Matching is never pay-to-rank: no payment buys a better position.

A diagnosis is decision support, not professional advice and not a guarantee. Level 1 uses only your own answers, so it is low confidence by design. Parts of NoisePoise use AI, which can be wrong: check anything important before you act on it.

Prices and payment

Success fee for partners

When a partner wins work from a NoisePoise introduction, the partner pays a success fee on that work, in slabs: 10% on the first ₹50,000 (US$600) a month, 5% on the part up to ₹5,00,000 (US$6,000), and 3% above that. It is charged monthly on retainers for up to 12 months from the introduction, and once on a project's total. Work with clients you found yourself carries no fee.

Introductions stay on NoisePoise for 12 months

For 12 months after an introduction, work between that business and that partner is agreed and paid through NoisePoise. To take the relationship off NoisePoise openly, the partner pays a one-time conversion fee: the higher of ₹1,50,000 (US$2,500) or 15% of the next 12 months' contract value. Moving an introduced client off NoisePoise without it is a breach: the fees are charged, and repeated or deliberate cases are removed permanently.

Fair use

Your content and data

What you add stays yours. You allow us to store and process it to run NoisePoise for you: diagnosis, matching, the audit, and the connected-data readings you switch on. Connections to your tools are read-only unless the page says otherwise, and you can disconnect any time. How we handle personal data is in the privacy notice.

Between businesses and partners

Partners are independent businesses, not our employees or agents. The work, its quality and its contract are between the business and the partner. NoisePoise keeps the record of who agreed to what and when, helps with disputes about introductions and fees, and may remove partners who don't deliver, but we don't guarantee any partner's results.

What we don't promise

We work hard to make diagnoses and matches useful, but we don't promise a particular result, revenue, number of meetings or that NoisePoise will always be available. As far as the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before it, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit. Nothing here limits rights you have under Indian consumer law that can't be limited.

Suspension and closing an account

You can close your account any time by emailing us. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, after telling you why unless the law or safety stops us. Refunds follow the refund policy.

Changes

If these terms change in a way that matters, we'll update the date above and email account holders before the change applies. Prices you already paid don't change.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have jurisdiction. Please write to us first: most things are settled faster that way.
