Delivery
NoisePoise is an online service. Nothing is shipped: everything is delivered in your account at app.noisepoise.com.
We don't ship physical goods. Everything you buy is a digital service, used in your NoisePoise account at app.noisepoise.com, available in India and online everywhere else.

| Level 1 diagnosis (free) | Straight away, as soon as you answer the questions. |
| Level 2 audit | Available as soon as the payment is confirmed (usually seconds). You start it from your dashboard; results appear within minutes. |
| Level 3 live diagnosis | Active as soon as the payment is confirmed, for 30 days. Readings appear after you connect your tools; the first sync can take up to 24 hours. |
| Meeting packs (partners) | Credits are added to your account as soon as the payment is confirmed. |
| Receipt | Emailed straight after the payment, showing the price, GST and total. |
If you paid but your purchase isn't active within 1 hour, email sriramhetsolutions@gmail.com with the payment ID. We fix it the same business day, or refund you in full.
