Refunds and cancellations

Level 2 audit (₹4,999 + GST)

Not run yet: full refund on request, any time within 30 days of paying.
Run, but we couldn't read your website (the audit says so): your choice of a full refund or a free re-run.
Run and completed: no refund, because the audit has been delivered.

It never renews automatically, so there is nothing to cancel: it simply ends after 30 days unless you buy another month.
Full refund if you ask within 7 days of paying and haven't connected any data source yet.
Otherwise no refund for the current 30 days.

Meeting fee: charged only for a held meeting. If the business doesn't show up, or your dispute is upheld (for example the budget or need was very different from the brief), the fee is not charged, or the credit goes back to you.
Meeting packs: unused meeting credits are refundable on request while they are valid (6 months), minus the payment provider's fee. Used credits aren't refundable.
Success fee: raise any question about an invoice within 15 days of receiving it.

A duplicate or failed payment that still left your account is refunded in full. Email us the payment ID from your receipt or bank statement.

Email sriramhetsolutions@gmail.com from the address you used to sign in, with the payment ID (it starts with "pay_") or the receipt.
We reply within 2 business days.
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay, including the GST on the refunded amount. Banks usually show them within 5 to 7 working days.
