If you connect a social or ads account (X, LinkedIn, Facebook Page, Instagram, Meta Ads, Google Ads) on the Channels page: you approve it from your own login on that platform, and we store the access it grants, encrypted. We use it only to publish posts you reviewed and approved, and to read those posts' stats and your ads results (read-only). We never see your platform password. Disconnect any time on the Channels page; that deletes the stored access.
When you create an account, sign-in is handled by Clerk (our sign-in provider): your email, name and sign-in method (Google or email) are stored with them and with us. We never see your Google password.
If you connect analytics to verify your numbers (PostHog, Google Analytics 4 / Firebase): we store the key or access encrypted and only read counts for the last 30 days (visitors, sign-ups, activation, retention) to compute your diagnosis. We don't read individual people's data. Disconnect any time on the Verified data page.
If you work with a partner you were matched with, once they accept, they can write draft posts in your Channels and see those posts' results. They never see your platform login or the stored access, and nothing is published until you approve it. Ending the engagement removes their access straight away.
We do not collect passwords or payment details.
We use it on the basis of your consent, which you give by continuing past the email question. You can withdraw it at any time (see below).
Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address when a page loads.
As long as you use NoisePoise, or until you ask us to delete it. Some records about payments and refunds may have to be kept longer by law once paid access exists.
You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it. Email sriramhetsolutions@gmail.com from the address you used. We'll reply within 30 days. If you're unhappy with our answer, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
NoisePoise is for people running or working for a business. Don't use it if you're under 18.
If this notice changes in a way that matters, we'll update the date above and tell people who have given us their email.
